Student Council

The objectives of the Students’ Council :
[a] inculcate in students ethos of democratic leadership,
[b] sense of responsibility, cooperation and team spirit,
[c] and commitment to the corporate life of the college,
[d] provide opportunities and encouragement to students to showcase their talents Functions of the Students’ Council
[a] coordinate with the college in all co-curricular and extra-curricular activities,
[b] organize college festival, Debates, seminars, indoor and outdoor sports, blood donation camps, social service, extension work, and cultural events
Composition of the Students Council
[a] President
[b] Secretary
[c] Class representative -2 from each department
[d] central counsellor -2
[e] nominated members – 4 for cultural activities.
Patron and Advisory Committee
The Principal is the patron. Dean Students Welfare, and Proctor advice and oversee the activities of the Students’ Council.
